
As Chief Executive Officer, Hari is responsible for defining the strategic vision and direction of Tumri’s technology solutions. A serial entrepreneur before launching Tumri, Hari founded two startups, Accordia (acquired by Bristlecone Inc.) and SixthDimension (acquired by Comverge Nasdaq: COMV). Prior to the entrepreneurial ventures, Hari was responsible for strategic and product marketing at Aspect Development (acquired by i2 Technologies). Prior to Aspect Development, Hari was a member of the Strategy Practice consulting team at Accenture.
Hari holds an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University and an M.S. in industrial engineering and operations research from Oklahoma State University. At CMU, Hari won the Faculty Award for Academic excellence and the Thomas Murrin award for Operations Management.

Pradeep is responsible for Tumri’s core technology and strategy. He also leads the company’s technology solutions and integration with advertisers, agencies and publishers. Before founding Tumri, Pradeep was at the Emerging Technologies R & D team at Verity. Prior to Verity, he served as Director of Engineering at Inktomi. He also co-founded iLeverage (acquired by e.Piphany), a real-time messaging platform company. He is an accomplished search and information retrieval architect.
Pradeep holds Masters and Post-graduate Research degrees in Number Theory from Oklahoma State University. He also holds double majors in Mathematics and Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani (BITS Pilani) in India.

Sandeep brings twenty years of technology and management expertise to Tumri with leadership experience as a technologist and an entrepreneur. Prior to joining Tumri, Sandeep co-founded and led engineering and technology at Full Degree/Amphire. Prior to Full Degree, Sandeep founded StarPoint, Inc. (which later became part of CMGI/AdForce), an ad-serving company delivering over a billion transactions a day. At CMGI/AdForce, Sandeep served as the Vice President of Technology and the Chief Architect responsible for the company’s core technology, architecture, and strategic technology initiatives. Before CMGI/AdForce, Sandeep led a large team of engineers in systems design, project management, and release coordination at Verity, Inc. Sandeep also founded Omkar Software, an engineering consulting company providing operating systems and networking expertise for such clients as Taligent, Sony, and Integrated Systems.
Sandeep earned a BS and an MS in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology.

As President, David is responsible for guiding the company’s business strategy, product direction and leading strategic partnerships and business development initiatives. Prior to Tumri, David was President & CEO of Course Hero, a leading inquiry-based learning network that serves millions of college students per month. Prior to Course Hero, David was Vice President & GM of Self Serve products and International at Efficient Frontier as well as GM of Advertiser Web Services (feed-based) products and New Business Development at Overture Services/Yahoo!.
David holds a MS in Management and Engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Engineering from UC Berkeley.
Dave is responsible for all of Tumri’s interactions with clients, from sales through delivery. Most recently, Dave was a Principal in Elevage Media Advisors, a consultancy providing strategic and operating advice to publishers and media technology companies. Before Elevage, Dave was Director of Publisher Sales at Microsoft Advertising. He also ran both Professional Services and Sales at Rapt, a Yield Optimization company providing technology and services to media clients. Dave has over 10 years of experience in the technology space, leading teams focused on both sales and professional services. He also has 15 years of experience in management consulting, including building and leading practices at Booz, Allen and A.T. Kearney.
Dave has a J.D. in Environmental Law from The George Washington University and a B.A. in Economics and Quantitative Analysis from The American University.
